Vem... spet Ben. Kup novih stvari je, ki vam jih želim pokazati, ampak čakajo, da jih uredim preden jih objavim. Glede na to, da je Ben moja velika inspiracija sem se tudi tokrat odločila, da ga delim z vami. Tokrat objavljam drugačne slike, ki ste jih navajeni. Malo sva se igrala z belim ozadjem in mislim, da ni je prav dobro izpadlo.

It's been awhile

Minilo je že nekaj časa od zadnje objave. Nekako mi ne uspe narediti vsega začrtanega. Poletne počitnice, kar pomeni da zna biti delo od doma precejšen izziv, ko imaš polno hišo otrok. Potem je tukaj še ostalo delo, ki je vezano na poletje in na koncu ostane precej malo časa za blog. Na sploh ko moraš slalomirati med vsemi temi stvarmi, ukvarjati se z vsemi socialnimi omrežji. Planirala sem, da bo poletje čas za moj osebni projekt. To sem bila v zmoti! Ni mi hudega in nikoli mi ni grozno, da se plani spremenijo, važno je le da se kolo vrti naprej.

It's been awhile since the last post. Somehow I fail to do everything I want to. Summer holidays, which means that it can be work from home quite a challenge when you have a house full of children. Then there's the rest of the work, which is linked to the summer and in the end remains quite a bit of time to blog. In general, when you have do all these things, deal with all the social networks and the others things. I was planning to summer time for my personal project. I was wrong! I'm ok and for me it is never terribly when plans change, what matters is only that the wheel rotates forward.

Že nekaj časa je, odkar sem naredila skico za ilustracijo, ki pa je čakala na primeren čas, da jo obudim. Ilustracijo sem končala, naredila kratek video kako rišem rožice in ga objavila na instagramu . Ogledate si lahko tudi video kako je potekal proces nastajanja ilustracije. Vse to je na mojem instagramu, nekaj malega pa je tudi tukaj.

Objemi svojo ljubezen, izkoristi trenutek, ker v resnici je to edino pomembno.

It is all about moments in your life

Zadnje dni (tedne) sem delala ves čas, cel dan, do poznega večera. Če nisem risala, sem fotografirala, pripravljala slike, urejala spletno trgovino, še bolj pomembno pa, bila sem zaposlena z vsemi napotki zadnjega predavanja o marketingu. Stvari so veliko bolj enostavne ko veš za pravi način in še lepše je ko te zaradi tega najdejo ljudje, ki cenijo tvoje delo. Hvala vsem vam, ki me spremljate že od vsega začetka in dobrodošli vsi ostali, ki ste se mi na novo pridružili.

Pride pa čas, ko potrebuješ nekaj trenutkov zase, ne glede kako uživaš v svojem delu. Z veseljem sem zagrabila priložnost in se odpravila ven, v gozd. Tam kjer se čarobnost začne. Tam kjer se pišejo pravljice in rodijo nove ideje. Seveda sem vse to delila z mojim malim prijateljem Benom.

Last days (a would say weeks) I was working all the time, all day until late evening. I drew, photographed, preparing images, editing my online store, but more importantly, I was busy with all the information of the last course for marketing. Things are much more simple when you know the right way and even better is when, because of this, you find people who appreciate your work. Thanks to all of you who follow me from the beginning and support me and welcome all the others who have joined me in last days.

It comes a time when you need a few moments for yourself, no matter how you enjoy your work. I grabbed the opportunity and went out into the woods. That's where the magic begins. That's where the writing fairy tales and give birth to new ideas. Of course, I have share this with my little friend Ben.

Spring is coming

Čas je, da se poslovimo od zime in da na široko odpremo roke pomladi. Vreme je že nekaj časa prekrasno in priznam, da ga vsak dan izkoristim. Čutim, da se mi telo prebuja. Začetna utrujenost je minila in vsak dan sem bolj polna z energijo. Sedaj imam že ritual. Po jutranji kavi in pomarančnemu soku se odpravim ven za uro in pol. Temu je zaslužen Ben. Če ne bi bilo njega bi se verjetno marsikatero jutro nadaljevalo z delom, tako pa je naju popelje v naravo. Najina končna destinacija je travnik, ob katerem teče potok. Običajno je v jutranjih urah še vse mirno. Sonček prijetno greje. Uležem se na travnik, medtem pa Ben nabira palice in jih grizlja. Preden odideva domov tekava po travniku s palicami v rokah in v gobčku. Se loviva in igrava, predvsem pa uživava v vonju in zvoku narave. Vse kar mi pride na misel je.. ko bi vsaj trajalo.

It is time to say goodbye to winter and the wide open arms of spring. The weather is beautiful for some time now and I admit that I take it every day. I feel that my body is waking up. Initial fatigue is gone and every day I am more full of energy. Now I have a ritual. After morning coffee and orange juice I go out for an hour and a half. This is a well deserved Ben. If I woludn't have him, it would probably be many mornings continued with the work, so it takes us into nature. Our final destination is the meadow, at which the stream flows. Usually is in the morning still all quiet. Pleasantly warm sunshine. Lie down on the meadow, while Ben collects sticks and he nibbles it. Before I go home we run in the meadow with sticks in our hands and mouth. We were chatching and playing, especially we enjoyed the smell and sound of nature.

Ilustracija je bila narejena po naročilu za prekrasno osebo, ki ima za sabo veliko avanturo. Verjetno ste opazili, da v mojem življenju igra veliko vlogo tudi moj kuža, zato mi je bilo risanje te ilustracije še večji užitek. Človeka lahko začutiš tudi preko fotografij in besed, čeprav ga v živo nikoli ne srečaš. Vesela sem, da lahko rišem nekaj kar me osrečuje.

Illustration was custom made for a great person who have interesting story of his life. You may have noticed that in my life plays a big role in my dog, so I was drawing these illustrations even greater pleasure. You can feel a person through photos and words, although live never meet. I am glad to be able to draw something that makes me happy.

Za vsako ilustracijo stoji zgodba. Običajno je to moja osebna izkušnja ali pa sanjarjenje, ki se mi zgodi, ko razmišljam naj si bodi med sprehodom, za delovno mizo, na kavču, v avtu. Pred dnevi sem bila pred izzivom, da napišem zgodbo, sem ugotovila da bi to lahko večkrat storila. Moja zgodba ostane pri meni, pokažem pa ilustracijo, ki govori namesto besed. V prihodnje vam razkrijem kakšno od svoji zgodb tudi preko napisanih besed. Ben je moja velika ljubezen (seveda poleg mojih treh fantov). Predvsem je pa nekdo, ki je neprestano ob meni. Redko kdaj se ločiva, spremlja me tudi po opravkih. Kadar ne more z mano, me pridno počaka v avtu. Rad se pelje v avtu, zato ga tudi pogostokrat vzamem s sabo. 

Včasih se uležem na tla in ga opazujem, občudujem, on pa me tako resno gleda. Najraje bi ga mečkala po rokah in nosila v naročju, on pa ni take vrste pes. Razlagam si, da mi ugodi želje zato, ker me spoštuje in ker tudi jaz njega spoštujem, pazim, da se mu ne vsiljujem. Včasih le ležim na tleh in ga opazujem in on opazuje mene, kot vidite na spodnji ilustraciji.

For each illustration stands a story. Normally, this is my own personal experience or daydream that happens to me during a walk, siting by the desk, on the couch, in the car. A few days ago I was challenged to write a story, I sked myself why can I do this more. My story stays with me, but an illustration speaks instead of the words. I decided I will reveal some of my stories. Ben is my great love (of course, in addition to my three boys ). He is someone who is constantly with me . He accompanies me on an errand. He loved to drive with me in the car and waits me, when he has to. 

Sometimes I lie down on the floor and watch him, admire, and he looks at me so seriously. I'd cuddle him on my hands and wore in my lap and he is not that kind of dog . I think he grant my wishes because he treat me with respect and because I respect him, so I take care that does not impose to him . Sometimes I'm just lying on the floor and watch him and he is watching me, like you see on illustration below.

Hiding games

Pride čas ko se moraš odločiti kaj ti je bolj pomembno in se odločiš za tisto stvar, ki ti daje največ kar v tistem trenutku potrebuješ. Trenutno je bilo pri meni vsega preveč in namesto, da bi se popolnoma posvetila tistemu, ki imama najraje, sem tekala in polnila luknje povsod. Včasih je lažje znati samo eno stvar, kot pa biti multi disciplinaren. Res pa je, da če bi znala samo eno stvar, bi me v trenutku zajela panika. Moja volja in razpoloženja potrebujejo mojo raznolikost zanimanja in dela. V resnici sem zadovoljna s tem kar imam, ker sem tako lahko večinoma neodvisna. Bom pa zato malo več posvetila časa pri odločanju in večkrat uporabila besedo NE. 

Že dalj časa se mi je preganjala po glavi in danes sem končno naredila skico. Se malo poigrala s čopičem. Tokrat sem fotoaparat uporabila samo, da vam pokažem kaj je nastalo.

There comes a time when you have to decide what is more important to you. Yyou decide on that thing that gives you the most. At the moment, it was all too much for me and instead of being fully devoted to that which I prefer, I was running around and fill holes everywhere. Sometimes it's easier to know only one thing than to be multi-disciplinary. It is true that if I knew only one thing to do I will panic. I need diversity of interests in my work. In fact, I'm happy with what I have, because I can be independent. I'll devote a little more time for making good decisions and repeatedly used the word NO. 

For a long time it was rolling in my head and today I finally made ​​a sketch. Playing around with a brush. This time I only used the camera to show you what I made.

Winter fun

Danes prvič to zimo je zapadel sneg. Z Benom sva se odpravila ven in se zabavala. Prijateljica je Benu naredila plašč in s tem se je najina dogodivščina podaljšala. Mokri in težek sneg naju ni premagal in končno v tej zimi sem zares uživala biti na prostem.
